If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, tell us why, and ask for a return merchandise authorization (R.M.A.) number, return the item within 7 days and pay only the return shipping costs. Simply repack the items carefully in its original carton and email Untilitsallgoneshop@gmail.com for your R.M.A. number.

Processing Time: Orders placed online are generally shipped within 2days.
All orders are shipped out by United States Postal Service https://www.usps.com. In order to ensure that your package will arrive at its destination in a timely manner please provide the proper information such as name, address, apartment/suite, and/or house/building number. We are not responsible for any packages that have been lost or stolen from the address that has been provided. Returned packages with incorrect shipping information on behalf of the customer will be shipped back with correct address at cost to you. If an item is returned because of an error on our behalf it will be shipped back at no cost to you.

Items must be returned unused, in its original packaging and returned within 3 days of delivery along with a copy of the original packing slip. Customer pays for Return Shipping. We are not responsible for lost or stolen returns please use a mail carrier that provides tracking information. Shipping charges are not refundable. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item). If you need to make a return, please contact Customer Care to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. We are not able to offer a refund or exchange on unauthorized returns, and merchandise returned without authorization. You must use the original packing materials and write the RMA on the return label. Please note that if you are returning art/art prints, and using tape to secure the package, be very careful that the tape does not touch any part of the artwork, as it possibly could cause damage. An Art print that is returned with this type of damage may not qualify for the full refund. Please contact Customer Care In the event that we make an error, we will of course gladly authorize the return of incorrect merchandise and pay for the return shipping costs, but does not include any additional expedited shipping costs you may have selected when you made your purchase. Please carefully inspect all products, upon arrival and report any problems or need for replacement within 3 days of arrival. If you do not contact us for a return order number (RMA), we are not responsible for any item(s) that do not make it back to us and your account can not be credited. Any items that are returned and are not in their original condition (i.e. broken, scratched, chipped, etc.) will not be accepted for a full refund or store credit. Please inspect packages upon arrival. You must report any damages, missing items or missing boxes to both USPS and Untilitsallgoneshop@gmail.com immediately of receiving your order. If you notice any damage to the shipping box upon delivery, Do Not accept it (instead please take a time stamp date photo) report it to the USPS driver and then report it directly to USPS. If you notice any damaged items upon unpacking the order, leave the box and its contents as is, save all of the packaging material, contact USPS to arrange an inspection of your package, and contact us so that we may process your claim. We cannot replace damaged merchandise unless the package has been inspected by USPS. Your replacement will be shipped once we have been issued a claim number from USPS. We also cannot replace missing items unless they are reported immediately of receiving (within 3 days) of the receipt of your order.
